Incompleteness is life

I don’t know if you often feel that life is full of regrets and not perfect:

The house is too small to live in.

The personality of a colleague in the office is so strange that it affects his mood at work.

Why doesn't the salary increase when working overtime every day?

...

Once there is one aspect of life that is not perfect, I keep staring at it and fall into endless entanglement.

Everyone wants to strive for a complete life.

However, since ancient times and nowadays, a 100% complete life has not been possible.

Incompleteness is life.

A writer wrote: Everyone has defects, just like an apple bitten by God. Some people have more defects because God likes his fragrance.

Only by lowering your expectations of yourself and not criticizing yourself can you feel the interest of life more. We must also learn to lower our expectations of others and not to demand others. It is a manifestation of a person's maturity.

But in life, there are many unsatisfactory things that you cannot control by yourself. What should I do at this time?

Ten words: face it, accept it, deal with it, let it go.

Face the misfortune that has happened bravely, accept it frankly, put the right mentality and deal with it actively, and finally let go of the misfortune from the heart.

We used to think that a happy life is to have everything we want. Later I grew up and found that true happiness lies in letting go of what I can't get.

If we want everything and pursue perfection in everything, it is easy to be shackled by the demons of the heart and engulfed by insatiable desires.

When encountering misery and unsatisfactory, do not avoid, do not complain, change what can be changed, and accept what is unacceptable.

Then, no matter how rough life is, we can get inner peace.
