Don't have trouble with yourself
A scientist once did an experiment, looking for investigators of different ages, asking them to write down the things that are most worried about now, and then follow up the investigation three weeks later.
It turned out that 90% of the troubles did not happen at all. After three more weeks, most of the remaining 10% disappeared.
This survey proves that most of the worrying things in life never actually happened. Many troubles are actually self-inflicted.
During the journey of life, you must learn to let go, naturally, there will be a lot less troubles.
If you feel that God is unfair to you, learn to be content.
People nowadays live in a world full of material desires, and their worries and depressions are deepening, and desires and unwillingness to be entangled at all times.
Because their hearts are dissatisfied, can't let go, want too much, and never know enough, they often feel too tired to live, and there is nowhere to put a heart.
You should be thankful that in this life you are not a suffering cow, a homeless wanderer, or a disabled person who expects health. Compared with these sufferings and injuries, you are already a lot lucky.
Life is short. Don't pursue too many things that don't belong to you, but learn to be content and cherish what you have right now.
Stick to yourself and don't be influenced by others' opinions.
In many cases, because you care too much about other people's opinions and expect everyone to be satisfied with you, you will go against your own wishes and have constant troubles.
There is an ancient Greek proverb: "No one can insult us except ourselves."
Everyone has their own way to go, and no one can control your life, so don't live for others, don't be limited by dogma, don't live in other people's ideas, and don't let others' opinions influence yourself.
On the hurried road of life, others are always just passers-by. You still need to hold the steering wheel of your own life.
