Between advance and retreat, sometimes there is no intermediate option

There is a saying: "The way up is never comfortable." A person may be tired and hard to work hard and struggle every day, but at least he will gradually see his progress. And once you stop and seem to be standing still, you will only move back. Between advance and retreat, sometimes there is no intermediate option.

There are many friends who lose weight around me, and almost all have encountered the same problem. Some people want to lose weight by controlling their diet, but they will not lose weight immediately after taking one bite less, and the next day they will feel as if they have gained weight again after taking one bite more.

For many people who are not determined, it is easier to let themselves go after repeated setbacks. Only a few people persisted, demanding and managing themselves strictly every day.

In fact, it is not difficult to have a healthy body state, because anyone can start exercising immediately; but it is not an easy task, because you must persevere before you can see the results. Once you relax, you will lose all your previous efforts. .

In this world, there has never been persistence and effort once and for all. You must continue to discipline yourself to be responsible for your life.

We all long for ourselves to be better, but there are always people who give up halfway. No matter what you do, the hardest part is that you need to be patient and persistent with it.

Many people want to write, but they give up after writing for a while, because they say that even if they continue to write, they will not see greater progress; many people want to lose weight, but they give up not long after losing weight because They always think that if it is reduced today, they will still rebound in the future.

Most of the time we can't persist because we are too eager for quick success. The so-called progress requires you to constantly learn and improve, and there is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change; the so-called change requires you to constantly overcome difficulties and challenge yourself.

Sometimes, the key to a person's ability to accomplish something, to achieve his goals, and to make new breakthroughs lies in whether he can have the courage and perseverance to persevere.
